 Dear Joe, just a  brief note to thank you for the professionalism and craftsmanship your team, Stan and his dad, put into our siding job and Miro's detailed work on the entryway. It goes without saying that the quality of the work they did was top grade. At the same time, Diane and I  were especially appreciative of some of the things that might go unnoticed in a project of that magnitude, but were critical to the successful completion of the job. For example:

*Their commitment to make our job their highest priority.The arrived every day at 7:30 a.m. and worked through the day until it was almost dark.

*As the job progressed, they asked and answered questions and made several suggestions to address problems/opportunities  that made the job better.

Our relationship with KEPO started with Michael O'Brian who handled the sale proccess in a professional manner.He spent time with us assured that we had all of our questions answered. It was obvious that he knew what he was talking about.When we were planning this project wa heard many "horror stories" about contractors who started a job and then dissapeared, or returned only when it was convenient for them. Too often people will hire a contractor based on the lowest price, and then find that real cost is in the things they did not anticipate (delays, shoddy unfinished workmanship, cheap materials, "shortcuts" etc).
